How do I make a request?

Please be sure to check the Flagstaff Public Library’s Online Catalog prior to requesting an item from Interlibrary Loan. If the book is less than a year old please fill out our Purchase Request Form. Otherwise, click here to place a request. You will need a separate Interlibrary Loan account.

How many items can I request?

There is a limit of 6 active requests per patron at one time. This includes pending requests.

How long does it take to receive a request?

We process your requests as quickly as possible. We borrow from libraries all over the U.S; therefore, it can take from a few days to several weeks to receive materials.

No

How will I be notified when my material arrives?

If you have an email in your library account you will receive an email. Otherwise, you will receive a phone call.

How long can I keep an interlibrary loan item?

3 weeks.

Where do I return Interlibrary Loan Materials?

You may return your materials to either the Main Library or the East Branch Community Li-brary.
